Train Your Brain

Welcome to Pacific Northwest Neurofeedback, your local source for NeurOptimal® neurofeedback: the technology of peak performance, happiness and well being. I specialize in brain training to increase performance . Join the millions of neurofeedback users who enjoy the benefits of reduced stress, improved sleep and relief from conditions that used to hold them back from becoming all they were meant to be. Though based in technology, neurofeedback is a 100% non-invasive, drug-free, brain training system that helps the central nervous system (CNS) make the best use of your brain’s natural resources. NeurOptimal® is extremely powerful and effective. The U.S. Food and Drug Adminstration has approved neurofeedback for relaxation training and the American Pediatric Academy has endorsed neurofeedback as a “Level 1/Best Support” treatment for children with ADHD. If you are new to neurofeedback, you probably have questions. This website is a great place to start your information search, but you can also contact me directly at As a NeurOptimal® user and trainer, I will be happy to share my personal and professional experience with you.

"Prior to brain training, I suffered with severe performance anxiety. As a competitive athlete, at times it was debilitating and held me back from doing my best. I also suffered from concussion and I truly believe my brain could not have healed as well as it has without NeurOptimal training sessions."
